We are excited to announce that the Pediatric Weight Clinic (PWC) is taking on a new shape! The revised format of the Clinic offers families more flexibility with dates and times, updated fee options, and more services tailored to meet your family's specific needs.
The same multidisciplinary services (psychology, nutrition, training and medical) are available, however each practitioner is now providing services directly through their individual practices.
Psychology - Dr. Liann Meloff, Ph.D., Registered Psychologist

Dr. Meloff specializes in child psychology that includes but is not limited to weight management. Dr. Meloff also works with children and families in many areas of child and adolescent psychology including:
- Anxiety/stress management
- Eating disorders
- Parent separation and divorce
- Parenting education/counselling
- Psychoeducational assessments
Training & Nutrition - Sam Hustej, BKin., Certified Nutritionist (Honours)
Sam offers a variety of services including:
- In home training sessions (weekly or bi-weekly)
- In home nutrition sessions (weekly or bi-weekly)
- Meal planning
- Grocery tours
- One on one gym services
- Family and group walk/run evenings
Medical - Available Upon Request
Medical services and assessments are available upon request. We have a number of doctors that can assist with medical concerns related to weight management.
After 9 very successful years of assisting over 1,000 children and families, we believe that changing shape provides even greater support to our families, makes services more accessible, and allows us to continue to provide children and families with a high level of care.
